The joys of the Joker, an Eternal and a Hinagiku!

Things are finally starting to work out in regards to certain matters, but I think I'll just focus on the following items for now.

Tuesday, Yokatta Shopping Service, people4toy and kcmanhk, I received...

• Rider Goods Collection 2010 with T2 Memory Joker
• S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Accel
• S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Eternal

The magazine basically covers every bit of Kamen Rider W merchandise (and a lot more besides) that was released at the time it was published. However, the reason for my wanting it wasn't so much for the magazine itself but the T2 Joker Memory that accompanied it.

After getting my Lost Driver and seeing those rather teasing images of it highlighting the belt's shared use with Kamen Rider Skull (whose Skull Magnum I already own) and Kamen Rider Joker on the back of the box was the deciding factor in me wanting all the Gaia Memories associated with it.

S.H.Figuarts Accel and Eternal were also purchases of the 'Figuarts Tuesday' plan.

Accel was the 'bargain' purchase of the two and also the only version of him I'm likely to get (I totally missed the boat with Accel Trial and the current secondary market prices were rather high last I checked).

Eternal on the other hand was one I wanted to pre-order but was too late in doing so, thus I had no choice but to acquire him on the secondary market. You could call me crazy for wanting a character from a movie I haven't actually seen yet (I'm still waiting on a certain fansub group to sub it), but I just happened to like the design of this Rider wearing a cape (even if on the toy it doesn't work out so well in execution).

Thursday, tm08120tzeming, I received Nendoroid Hinagiku Katsura.

Now this was purchased not long after I started re-watching Hayate no Gotoku! and Hayate no Gotoku!!. Through doing that I was once again reminded of the reason why I watched this show in the first place, that being the lovely Hinagiku Katsura. I knew there was a Nendoroid version of her available, but I didn't feel compelled to buy it until now.

I was planning on keeping her MISB like my other Nendoroids, but the temptation to open it is growing...

Raging Crystal Primes and a lot of NO, Thank You!

This is going to be such an awesome way to start a post cos Nemmy is already extremely fucking pissed off! Why I hear ask? That would be because Amazon had posted my order of the Anime Legends Escaflowne DVD last fucking Saturday (the official date of release was Monday) that I'M STILL FUCKING WAITING ON TO ARRIVE!!!

Seriously, why the fuck is it taking so long to arrive (just thinking about it is making me even more pissed) that's what I'd like to bloody well know?!

Not only that, but those fuckers at Customs tried (and gloriously FAILED I should add) to sting me on the following haul from Japan. Even so, the bastards still managed to delay the delivery of it by a day while they were fucking around in their attempt to extort more money out of me! This time however, I got the winning hand and WON! WON!! WON!!!

Anyway, that's enough ranting (and the dropping of F-Bombs) for now, it's time for the haul itself.

Thursday, Fan2Fan, I (firstly) received...

• Revoltech Three-stage Transformation Valkyrie VF-1J Max Ver.
• figma Yui Hirasawa
• figma Tsumugi Kotobuki
• figma Ritsu Tainaka
• figma Azusa Nakano
• Revoltech Three-stage Transformation Valkyrie VF-1J Milia Ver.
• figma Ui Hirasawa
• figma Saber Alter
• figma Black☆Rock Shooter
• Nendoroid Snow Miku

Thursday, Fan2Fan, I (secondly) received...

• Good Smile Company 1/7 Saber Lily ~Golden Caliburn~

Thursday, Fan2Fan, I (thirdly) received...

• Transformers 2010 Henkei Sons of Cybertron
• Transformers Animated Encyclopedia
• Transformers 2010 Animated Sons of Cybertron
• Animated TA-38 Wingblade Optimus Prime

Although this isn't a bad haul by Nemmy standards, it will seem a little weak in the face of what I will be receiving (provided it gets here without interference from those fuckers at Customs) that'll make some folk pretty damn envious (all I can say is remember the oath sworn through courage).

Minato will now have a Fate to stand with

I just saw something today that reminded of that 'Minato' figure I made an post about in late January.

And the reason why I'm mentioning it again now is because of this.

Good Smile Company have just made it harder to do that Minato comparison with their swimsuit Nanoha by releasing a matching figure of Fate T. Harlaown in her swimsuit attire.

I originally had little interest in getting that Nanoha figure, but now I kinda want it as there'll be a Fate to display with her.

I never thought this haul would arrive today!

I got myself quite the unexpected haul from Fan2Fan today.

The reason it was unexpected is because I didn't even know that Ryan had sent it until the Parcelfarce guy arrived with them.

More importantly though, here are all the wonderful toys that were in those parcels.

These were the Revoltech, figma and S.I.C. items I received.

• Revoltech Fraulein Haruka Hasegawa
• Revoltech Fraulein Miki Hoshii Noel Angelic Ver.
• S.I.C. Masked Rider Shadow Moon & Black
• figma Miyuki Takara Winter Uniform ver.
• figma Sun Seto
• figma Sakura Hime JPWA Tag Tournament ver.

These were the Nendoroid and freebie items I received.

• Nendoroid Miku Hatsune
• Nendoroid Rin Kagamine
• Nendoroid Len Kagamine
• Nendoroid Shana Epatsu-Shakugan Ver.
• Nendoroid Saber Lion
• Some gashapon-esque Masked Rider Zanki figure

This was (by far) the largest item I received.

• Alter 1/7 Hayate Yagami

And finally, these were the anime figure items I received.

• Good Smile Company 1/7 Shiki Ryougi Garannodou
• Alpha x Omega 1/8 Kallen Kouzuki Bunny Girl Ver.
• Wave 1/8 Yoko Space-Look Ver.
• Alter 1/8 Asa Shigure
• Resinya 1/6 Kudryavka Noumi Wafu pose ver.
• Kotobukiya 1/8 Kyou Fujibayashi

Personally, I think the biggest shocker inside this haul for me was the Hayate figure cos the box for her was so fucking huge she needed her own damn photo!

Whimsical decisions can lead to interesting purchases

I had a 10% off voucher that needed to be used on eBay, and I couldn't think of anything I really wanted. So, I used on this Miku Hatsune figure by Good Smile Company I bought from lotte6818.

Miku isn't a well known character to me, but I do like the look of her, so I went for her on a whim.

Snow won't keep Nemmy from his toys

The weather outside may look like a winter wonderland, and the temperature bloody freezing. But luckily for me that didn't stop Parcelfarce from delivering my newest goodies from Japan.

The first needs no introduction. It's the DX Decadriver from the new Kamen Rider Decade series, which I got from toy-wholesaler.jp for roughly £80 including EMS shipping. Pricey, but it was worth every penny to this Heisei Rider fan.

Next up is my haul from Ryan a.k.a. Fan2Fan.

This shipment from him contained Enterbrain's Rider figure from Fate/stay night, Alter's Signum figure from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, both versions of Wave's Lena Sayers figure from Mai-Otome, the Dengeki Daioh Ver. of Nendoroid Shana from Shakugan no Shana, and Revoltech Ricky from Doko Demo Issyo.

And if that weren't enough, I even got this transforming beetle robot as a free gift. Haven't got a clue as to which range it comes from though.

Well, I'd say today was a good day for receiving toys. You could almost call it a second Christmas for me with all the snow we've had.

Confusing Nanoha for Minato, or vice versa

Before anyone questions me on it, the answer is no. I'm not intentionally pimping this figure of Nanoha Takamachi by GSC.

If I somehow manage to gain GSC a few extra sales as a result, it'll be purely a coincidence!

It's just I couldn't help noticing that this particular figure of the White Devil could additionally be marketed as Minato Nagase from Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka.

Take a look at them for yourself. Their hairstyles are basically the same, the colour of their hair is a pretty close match, and they both have eyes shades of blue to their eyes.

Were they twins secretly separated at birth? All evidence is pointing to that verdict.

Getting teased with photos of Saber Lily

Several painted prototype photos of GSC's upcoming 1/7 scale Saber Lily figure can be seen on Mikatan's blog.

Although Saber is one of my favourite characters. I'll have to admit that the backstory behind this Saber Lily incarnation of her is quite the mystery to me. Hell, it took me long enough just to get the ins and outs of Saber Alter.

All I know is that she made her debut in the Capcom developed video game, Fate/unlimited codes, where she was also released as a special bonus tie-in figma to help increase sales for the PS2 version of the game.

Pre-ordering information for this lovely looking figure should (hopefully) be appearing in the next few days. So the only thing left for me to say is... ME WANTS IT NAO!

UPDATE 23/01/2009 - Good Smile Company have added a product page for Saber Lily ~Distant Avalon~ to their website. The price tag is a tad steep though at 9,800 Yen.
